SHIPPING POLICY

 

• All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post at a flat rate of £3.50

• We will aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours or up to 3-4 business days after purchase

• International Shipping has a flat rate of £15 and will be sent Tracked + Signed For

RETURNS POLICY

• SIYA + PARI does not accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if any issues and we will do our best to resolve it 

• We will be more than happy to resize a bracelet if you have ordered the wrong size at a price of £4 per bracelet, including P + P.

 

CARE

​

• Some beaded bracelet colours will fade over time as they are painted glass beads, there are certain colours which fade quicker than others

• Please avoid contact with water, creams, perfumes and heavy detergents 

• Carefully roll your bracelet onto your wrist

• Assist small children when putting the bracelet on and off

• Remove when sleeping

• Charms and gold/ silver items may tarnish as they are metal plated

• 3-4 days (subject to increase at busier periods)

 

CHILDREN

• I cannot recommend purchasing bracelets for children under 5 as some bracelets have small beads. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• If you change your mind you may cancel your purchase within 2 days of placing your order. However if you've ordered a personalised item and it has already been made, you are not able to cancel it.
